Professional Supervision

Be Kind Psychology offers professional supervision to psychologists (provisional through to registered), allied health professionals and those working in forensic contexts.

 

I am a Board approved Supervisor and have over 10 years experience working in forensic settings as well as over 15 years experience in leadership and management roles.

As a supervisor I tailor my approach to you as an individual. I provide as many opportunities as possible using my established connections and knowledge for you to reach your goals. I am not the expert in every aspect of psychology but what I don't know I can reach out to a colleague to find out. The benefit being we both get to learn and grow together. 

 

 I know that your needs change as you progress in your career and I am flexible to go where you need. 

 

I have first hand experience in going through the psychology 4+2 pathway. I had some great experiences of supervision and some not so great experiences. So I know that finding a good fit, who shows up on time, is prepared and focused on helping you reach your goals is really important. 

 

Throughout our careers we need to continue to have a growth mindset and seek out other perspectives, opportunities to learn and grow as a professional. That is why you will always find me with a new book in hand or listening to a podcast, enrolling in new courses or looking up the latest research on a variety of topics.   

Fees and Location

I know how expensive life is right now and how tough it can be to access support. So I try to keep my supervision fees as low as possible. 

 

Current hourly rate = $180 

 

Supervision is available online, in person or at your workplace location if located in the Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast or Ipswich area (travel costs will be calculated for any travel outside of the Ipswich or Brisbane area).
